• Service Provider – the company "Socialy sp. z o.o." with a registered office at ul. Bagatela 10/39, 00-585 Warsaw, NIP: 7011152042, KRS: 0001043611,

• Service User – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.

• Electronic Communication – Communication between the parties via email and contact forms available on the website.

II. General Provisions

• The Regulations define the rules for the operation and use of the Service and set out the scope of rights and obligations of Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.

• The subject of the services provided by the Service Provider is the provision of free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Users to access content in the form of entries, articles, audiovisual materials, or web applications and electronic forms.

• Any potential content, articles, and information containing guidance or advice published in the Service are merely a general collection of information and are not directed to individual Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Users.

• The User assumes full responsibility for the way materials made available within the Service are used, including for their use in accordance with applicable laws.

• The Service Provider does not provide any guarantee regarding the usefulness of the materials posted on the Service.

• The Service Provider is not liable for any damages incurred by Users of the Service or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risks associated with the use of the Service, especially with using and utilizing the information placed in the Service, are borne by the User utilizing the services of the Service.

• Using the Service by each User is free of charge and voluntary.

• Users are required to familiarize themselves with the Regulations and other documents that constitute an integral part of it and must accept its provisions in full in order to continue using the Service.

• For the safety of the Service Provider, Users, and other Users utilizing the Service, all Users of the Service should adhere to generally accepted safety guidelines online,

• It is prohibited to perform actions personally by Users or using software:

  • without written permission, decompilation and analysis of source code,

  • without written permission, causing excessive load on the Service server,

  • without written permission, attempting to detect vulnerabilities in the Service and server configuration,

  • attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software that could harm the Service software, other Users, or the Service Provider on the server and database,

  • attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software that could track or steal data from Users or the Service Provider on the server and database,

  • taking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service, or preventing the realization of the purpose for which the Service operates.

• In case of detection of an incident or potential incident of Cybersecurity or GDPR violation, Users should primarily report this fact to the Service Provider to quickly resolve the issue/threat and protect the interests of all Service Users.

IV. Conditions of Service Provision for the Newsletter

• Users can use the Service without the need to subscribe to the Newsletter.

• Subscribing to the Newsletter service is voluntary.

• Subscribing to the Newsletter service is free of charge.

• Technical requirements related to the Newsletter service:

  • having an individual email account,

• Conditions for the provision of Newsletter service:

  • providing an individual email address in the electronic form,

  • verification of the provided email account by activating the link sent to it,

  • expressing consent to receive email notifications,

• Scope of the Newsletter service:

  • notification about new updates, entries, competitions, and other promotional activities related to the services of the Service,

  • notification about promotional activities of the Service partners (Marketing messages),

• Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:

  • Each User subscribed to the Newsletter service has the option to unsubscribe from the Service themselves.

  • Users can do so via the link included in every sent email.

  • Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the removal of the provided email address from the Service Provider's database.

V. Conditions of Communication and Provision of Other Services in the Service

• The Service provides services and tools that enable Users to interact with the Service in the form of:

• In the event of the User contacting the Service Provider, the personal data of the Users will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy", which constitutes an integral part of the Regulations.

VI. Collection of Data on Users

To properly provide services through the Service, to secure the legal interest of the Service Provider, and to ensure compliance of the Service with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data about Users through the Service.

For the proper provision of services, the Service uses and stores certain anonymous information about the User in cookies.

The scope, purposes, method, and principles of data processing are available in the attachments to the Regulations: "GDPR Information Obligation" and in the "Privacy Policy", which constitute an integral part of the Regulations.

  • Approximate location

  • Opened subpages of the service

  • Time spent on the relevant subpage of the service

• The above data is obtained via Google Analytics script and is anonymous.

VII. Copyrights

• The owner of the Service and the copyright to the service is the Service Provider.

• Some of the data posted in the Service is protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties, not connected in any way with the Service Provider, and are used based on obtained licenses, or based on free licenses.

• Under the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, and store in search systems excluding Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn any articles, descriptions, photos, as well as all other contents, graphic materials, video or audio found in the Service without written permission or consent provided via Electronic Communication from their legal owner.

• According to the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright, simple press information is not subject to protection, understood as mere information, without the commentary and assessment of its author. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from the texts published in the service, but not copying the whole or part of articles unless it has been marked in the specific material made available in the Service.

VIII. Changes to the Regulations

• All provisions of the Regulations may be unilaterally changed by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.

• Changes to the Regulations take effect immediately upon their publication.

• It is understood that each User continuing to use the Service after the change of the Regulations accepts them in full.

IX. Final Provisions

• The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the services of the Service are offered continuously. However, it is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Users, third parties, or the activity of external automated programs.

• The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information posted in the Service at a time chosen by the Service Provider without the necessity to notify Users using the services of the Service in advance.

• The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, fully, or partially disable the Service to improve it, add services, or conduct maintenance, without prior notice to Users.

• The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to Users.

• The Service Provider reserves the right to assign in whole or in part all of its rights and obligations related to the Service without the consent and the possibility of expressing any objections by Users.
